Silverdoodle currently offers FREE worldwide shipping on all products. All packages are sent via registered post and tracking details will be emailed along with the shipping notification. We aim to ship generally within 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed. All jewellery is posted in a Silverdoodle branded gift box.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however in the very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise to get you a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, customised and personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Please note that this does not include faults due to incorrect spelling or colours/size chosen for personalised items. Therefore, please check that personalised information is entered correctly when you are ordering.
